Bakersfield, CA - The BC Cheer team has announced it will be going forward with virtual tryouts for the 2020-21 season. The tryouts will take place the week of May 17th-21st with prospects submitting videos of their tryout. The team will primarily use the app 'BAND' for video sharing purposes.

Eligible students must be graduating high school seniors or current or incoming BC students with a 2.0 GPA or higher. They must be a full-time student for the 2021-22 school year and willing to commit to the entire season (May 2021-May 2022). Cheer is a college class and participants will be required to register for the class once selected. They also must have the ability to purchase the uniform and camp fee (fund-raising opportunities are available).
