Memorial Stadium

Opened in 1955, Memorial Stadium is the crown jewel of the Bakersfield College Athletics Department; it was the first structure completed on the Panorama Site where the Main Campus resides. After opening, it served as cafeteria, health center, student commons, and anything else the 2,500-strong student body needed.

Now it only serves as the home of Renegade Football and Renegade Track & Field.

The 20,000 seat stadium celebrated it's 60th Anniversary in 2015, and is the largest outdoor multi-use stadium between San Jose and Los Angeles.

The field and track were replaced in the summer of 2019. The field has been a grass surface since 1955 and was replaced with field turf. The track was replaced with a brand new mondo track.

The stadium will host the 2019 and 2020 CCCAA State Football Championships and the 2019 CCCAA Southern California Finals Track Meet.
