Lady Vaqs battle to 2-2 tie against Bakersfield

A 2-0 lead by the GCC Women's Soccer team late in the second half against visiting Bakersfield did not hold up as the visiting Renegades scored two late goals as both teams played to a 2-2 tie Tuesday October 1 at Sartoris Field.

Goals by Brenna Larisch and Ani Krikorian and staked the Lady Vaqs to a 2-0 lead with assists by Emily Sawitskas  and Xiomara Zermeno. Goalie Ashley Valle had seven saves for Glendale

The Lady Vaqs host Santa Monica Friday Oct. 4 at 5 pm at Sartoris Field.
