Torrance, CA - The Renegade Women's Beach Volleyball team run into the postseason came to an end in the CCCAA 'Team' SoCal Regionals at El Camino College. The Renegades fell initially to the Warriors 5-0, but were able to upset the Cypress Chargers, 3-2 to go 1-1 on the day. It wasn't enough however, as the Warriors swept both their matches over BC and Cypress to advance to the CCCAA State 'Team' Championships.

In 'Pairs' competition, Penelope Zepeda and Morgan Townson were the lone BC pair to qualify for the CCCAA SoCal Regional 'Pairs' Championships held at Irvine Valley College on April, 26th. They were defeated in both matches - 21-16, 21-18 to Irvine Valley and 21-16, 21-18 to Palomar. With the losses, they do not qualify for the CCCAA State 'Pairs' Championships.
With the losses on both the 'team' and 'pairs' sides, the season now concludes for Beach Volleyball.
