Bakersfield College Football (6-4, 2-3) has been selected to participate in the Golden State Bowl at Long Beach City College (8-2, 4-1) November 19th, at 6pm according to a statement from the bowl selection committee. 

"Any time you are selected to play in a postseason game, it's an honor and a privilege," Athletic Director Sandi Taylor said, "This gives our guys one more game to play together, and our fans one more chance to watch these young men represent our community." 

Ticket information will be announced shortly, but Taylor said she expects a Rooter Bus to be available on a first come, first-served basis.
