Tovar, Lara and Ramos Moving to the Next Level

Bakersfield, CA - Renegade Men's Soccer players Luke Tovar, Jose Lara and Alexander Ramos are all moving on to compete at the four-year level after completing successful BC careers. Tovar signed with Cal State Dominguez Hills, Lara with Cal State Stanislaus and Ramos with Kansas Wesleyan Univeristy.

Tovar, a sophomore from Stockdale HS, has played in 13 games for the Renegades this sesaon. He totaled one goal, nine shots on goald and three assists in his two years on the team. Cal State Dominguez Hills is an NCAA Division II member school that competes in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. 

Lara, a sophomore who played his first year for the Renegades this last fall, appeared in 18 games this season. He scored seven goals and had seven assists. Cal State Stanislaus is an NCAA Division II member school that competes in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. 

Ramos, a sophomore from Cleveland HS in Receda, CA, appeared in 14 games for the Renegades this season. He totaled one goal, six shots on goal and three assists on the season. Kansas Wesleyan University is an NAIA member school that competes in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference.
