The softball team was defeated by Cypress College 6-1 and 8-0 over the weekend, bringing their season to an end. In game one on Friday, the Renegades collected six hits and scored only one run. Jordan Jimenez went 2-4 and Kylee Fahy went 2-3 with an RBI to lead the BC offense. Fahy gave up six runs, only two of which were earned, and struck out four.
On Saturday, the Renegades were shut-out 8-0, as Hayley Hoffman threw a perfect game for Cypress. Kylee Fahy (30-8) gave up six eaned runs as the Renegades committed three errors.
BC finished (33-11, 13-1) on the season
