Santa Ana, CA - The Renegade wrestling team finished up a long weekend of competition at the Santa Ana tournament at Santa Ana College on Saturday and took second place led by Adrian Gonzalez, who placed first in the 149 lb. class.
There were a total of eight individual Rengade placers at the tournament:
133 lb. class - Angels Rosales, 3rd place
149 lb. class - Adrian Gonzalez, 1st place
157 lb. class - Julian Gaeth, 4th place
174 lb. class - Scott Hokit, 2nd place
174 lb. class - Jonathan Hunter, 3rd place
174 lb. class - Jacob Annis, 4th place
197 lb. class - Jordan Annis, 2nd place
285 lb. class - Daniel Schoene, 4th place
The team will next compete at this coming Friday at home in a dual against Moorpark at 6pm on Friday, October 11th in the Gil Bishop Sports Center.
