Volleyball with 16th Sweep of the Season

Bakersfield, CA – The Bakersfield College women's volleyball team hosted LA Mission College Friday night in the Gil Bishop Sports Center and came away with their 16th sweep of the season to improve to 20-1 on the season and extend their winning streak to 16 games.

The Renegades breezed through both the opening set 25-6 and the second set 25-7. The third and final was the most points LAMC was able to put on BC in a set at 25-8.

Leading the way for BC was Lanie Camarillo with 13 attempts and 10 kills and Ryan Bayne with 13 attempts and 9 kills. Jessica Merante added 7 digs on the evening.

Next up, the Renegades head on the road to face West LA College on Friday, Nov. 2nd at 6pm.
