Bakersfield, CA – Renegade Volleyball hosted Taft College at home in the Gil Bishop Sports Center Thursday night and came away with yet another sweep, 3-0.
The Renegades had to come from behind early to regain the lead in the first set and took the momentum to win 25-19. The Renegades had a slow start to the second set but quickly worked their way back to another 25-19 set win.
In the third set, the Renegades wasted no time in mounting a large lead on Taft and rode the momentum to the final set win, 25-19. Through five matches of the abbreviated Spring I sports season, the Renegades have only dropped 2 sets and have completed three total sweeps.
Leading the Renegades tonight was Alyson Dees with 13 kills and 7 digs.
