BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Renegade Cross Country team hosted the 2022 Southern California Regional Cross County Championship at the Kern County Soccer parks on Friday, November 4th. 18 teams competed in the championship with our BC women's team finishing in third overall with a time 1:39:12. All seven women who represented the team had a personal best time and will all travel to the State Championships on the 19th in Woodward park.
The highest women's finisher was sophomore Rain Gomez finishing seventh with a time of 18:33, while sophomore Crystal Raya finished right behind her teammate with a time of 18:36.
