Bakersfield, CA – Renegade Athletics is thrilled to begin accepting nominations for the 4th Annual Bakersfield College Athletics Hall of Fame.
The Bakersfield College Athletics Hall of Fame, established in 2020, aims to annually celebrate over 100 years of Renegade Athletic triumphs across all sports. The Hall of Fame will immortalize standout former student athletes, teams, coaches, administrators, and benefactors who have significantly contributed to the rich history of BC Athletics.
Our devoted Hall of Fame Selection Committee will carefully review all nominations for consideration. The induction ceremony to celebrate and welcome the new class will take place at Luigi's Restaurant and Delicatessen on the evening of October 17th. Nominations will be accepted until April 30th at 11:00 PM. Please be aware that only nominations submitted through the provided link will be considered for further review.
Since its establishment in 1922, the Bakersfield College Athletics Department has been a pillar of athletic excellence in Bakersfield and its neighboring communities. Overflowing with history and tradition, the department proudly boasts an impressive record of 193 conference team championships, 15 state team championships, and 10 national team championships over its nearly century-long existence.
