BAKERSFIELD, CA - Renegade Athletics is proud to announce the of Athletes of the Week, this week’s (11/29-12/05):
Elise Enriquez (Sophomore) Women's Basketball
Elise kept her team on her back by scoring a career high of 24 points total in the win over Cuesta College last Tuesday at home. Enriquez shot 50% from the field and 55% from the three point line and finished the night with two rebounds and two assists. Not only did she score the most on her team but had more than double the points in the night for both teams.
Eloy Medina (Sophomore) Men's Basketball
Eloy shot a career high of 23 points two games in a row (Moorpark the week before and West Hills Coalinga the following). In the win of the November 23rd game against West Hills Coalinga, Eloy shot over 65% from the field and over 60% from the three point line. He finished the night with 7 rebounds and 5 assists.
