BAKERSFIELD, CA - Bakersfield split its two-game series with Fullerton, earning a dominant 14-2 road win before falling 4-0 at home the following day.
In Game 1, the Renegades exploded for 19 hits, highlighted by a six-run second inning to take control early. Brady Baird led the way with four RBIs, while Santiago Blanco went 4-for-5 with two RBIs. Jordan Mora and Jordan Brito each collected three hits, and Logan Judd picked up the win on the mound, tossing six strong innings as BC rolled to the 14-2 victory.
Game 2 was a different story as Fullerton limited Bakersfield to nine hits in a 4-0 shutout at Garry Collis Field. Luke Camps and Nick Martin each had multi-hit games, but the Renegades were unable to capitalize on scoring opportunities, leaving 13 runners on base. Fullerton used timely hitting and a solo home run to secure the win.
Bakersfield moves to 8-9 overall following the series.
