Trinidad Lee is heading to Kansas-Wesleyan University to continue her softball career after helping take the Lady 'Gades to the postseason for the first time since 2012 this year.
Lee is also the first player since 2012 to take her talents to a four-year school.
She set single-season and career records for home runs after a 2016 season that saw her go yard 12 times, the second highest total in the state.
Lee also finished fourth in the state in RBI and total bases, and sixth in doubles, runs, and at-bats.
When she wasn't sparking BC's offense, she was often on the mound where she was credited with seven of the Lady 'Gades 18 wins this season.
