SANTA MARIA, CA—The Renegade Cross Country team traveled to Santa Maria for its first meet of the season, the Bulldog Invitational, on Friday, August 29th at Las Flores Ranch. 

The women finished 1st as a team overall on the 5,000 meter course. The highest women's finisher was freshman Sofia Moody, who placed 3rd overall at 21:38, while teammate Addyson Eggers took 8th place with a time of 23:14.
