BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College men's and women's cross-country teams turned in strong performances at the Western State Conference Championships, each earning a third-place team finish to cap off a successful regular season.
The women's team was led by standout freshman Sofia Moody, who continued her impressive debut season with another top finish to pace the Renegades. On the men's side, Jacob Quezada led the charge with a steady and determined run, helping secure BC's podium placement.
With both teams placing in the top three, the Renegades have officially qualified for the SoCal Regionals, set to take place November 7th in San Diego.
