The Bakersfield College Women's basketball team routed Las Positas 75-54 to advance to tomorrow's consolation championship where they will face host Monterey. 

MacKenzie te Velde led the Renegades with 15 points and six rebounds in the latest example of her maturation as an inside player for BC. 

Kennedy Nielsen chipped in 14 points and was three of seven from beyond the three point line. 

Julie Olvera shot a solid 50 percent across the line and created a lot of defensive discomfort against Las Positas, pulling in four steals and contributing five assists for the Renegades.
