Cerritos, CA - The Renegade Women's Cross Country team competed in the SoCal Regional Championships at Don Knabe Community Regional Park in Cerritos on Friday morning for the chance to run in the state cross country championships in two weeks.

As a team they placed 13th with a total overal time of 1:43:12, which qualified them to run as a team at the state meet. Individually, Gabby Lugo led the team with a personal finish of 7th overall (177 total finishers) and set yet another PR a time of 18:13.

The Rengades will next compete at the CCCAA 2018 State Meet hosted by Fresno City College at Woodward Park in Fresno, CA. The women's race will begin at 10am.
