BAKERSFIELD, CA - Renegade Athletics is proud to announce the Athletes of the Week, this week (03/07-03/14):

Grecia De La Cruz (Sophomore) women's tennis

 Grecia De La Cruz won both her singles and doubles matches, 6-0 and 6-1 against LA Mission and Antelope Valley. The sophomore match wins have helped her team to be currently ranked first as a team in the Western State Conference. 

Francisco Felix (Sophomore) Men's track and field

Francisco Felix ran the OXY distance Carnival and finished the 5K with a time of 14:57 which is an A standard and now ranks him second in the Western State Conference. Felix is currently 8th in southern Cals and 11th in the state.

Track and Field will welcome several teams to Memorial Stadium over the weekend for the BC Relays and Multis starting Friday and ending Saturday. The team will host the BC relays and multis on March 18th. Women's tennis has three more conference matches before they enter post-season at the end of June.
