BASEBALL COMEBACK FALLS SHORT

The BC baseball team battled back from a 9-1 deficit, but it wasn't enoght to get the win, yesterday against LA Mission.  The Renegades (6-12, 1-1) afer falling behind 9-1 in the second inning, scored one run in the second, four runs in the seventh and three in the ninth inning, only to lose 10-9.  Trey Harmon went 3-5 with an RBI and scored a run, Zach Williams was 3-4 with an RBI and a run scored, Colby Freeman was 1-2 with 2 RBIand Brycin Hernandez was 2-4 with an RBI and 3 runs scored.  Chris Daiz (1-3) got the loss. Frankie Villasenor was strong in relief, pitching 5.1 innings while giving up one run on six hits.

 

The baseball team will be on the road Saturday when it travels to LA Valley for a 12:00 PM game.
