BAKERSFIELD, CA - The women's golf team took to the course at Sterling Hills Golf Club for the third straight Western State Conference match of the season. The ladies walked into the match second place in overall team standings. "The ladies competed well; this was a new course for our program, and with that, it poses new challenges and creates unique learning opportunities. I have complete confidence in the ladies and staff that we will rebound next week and climb back up the board," stated Head Coach Wes Coble. 

Standout Maci Mills capitalized on her ability to attack and score and posted a score of 77, putting her fourth in overall match standings. Maci is still holding strong ranked third in overall conference standings. 
The Renegades return to the course on September 25 at Olivas Links in Western State Conference play.
