BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College wrestling program would like to announce the commitment of sophomore Uriel Vasquez to the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, North Dakota.  

Vasquez will continue his collegiate athletic career on the wrestling team for the Jimmies under the direction of head coach Jim Zalesky. Jamestown University is an NAIA program that competes in the Great Plains Athletic Conference.

"Uriel is a seasoned veteran of BC wrestling. He provided a wealth of wrestling knowledge during his time at Bakersfield College. He stayed dedicated to the process of wrestling and will always be looked at by our coaching staff as an individual. "
