BAKERSFIELD, CA - In an intense and closely contested match, the Bakersfield College women's soccer team showcased their determination as they ended the game against the Citrus College Owls in a hard-fought 0-0 draw. This result brings their season record to 2-3-3.

Throughout the first half of the game, BC took hold of the Owls by maintaining a strong defensive line, frustrating the Owls' attacking efforts. It was clear Bakersfield kept possession of the first half with 6 shots on goals. However, in the second half, Citrus gained control of the game, taking nine attempted shots. BC maintained their composure as best as possible as both teams were frustrated with a 0-0 score.  

BC will be back at home on Tuesday, October 3rd, hosting Santa Monica for another conference showdown.
