BAKERSFIELD, CA- The head men's basketball coach, Aaron Chavez and staff are very happy to announce that Jorden Andrews has committed to play for Coach Scott Sorenson at Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin. Jorden Andrews leaves Bakersfield College having earned his AA degree in the Spring of 2022. Jorden graduated with a 3.10 GPA and becomes the 68th to matriculate to a four year institution. Jorden played the 2019-2020 under former Head Coach Richard Hughes and last season under Head coach, Chavez.
"We are very proud of Jorden on, this opportunity to go play for Coach Sorenson at Northland College. Coach Scott is very well respected in this business and Jorden is going to be blessed with playing for a high-level coach, but also the privilege of getting a very good education," coach Chavez.
Andrews played a total of 47 games for the Renegades as a 6'2 Guard. He averaged 50% at the free throw line.
