BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College men's basketball program would like to announce the commitment of sophomore Eloy Medina to Northern New Mexico College located in Espanola, NM. 

Medina will continue his collegiate athletic career on the basketball team for the Eagles. Northern New Mexico College is an NAIA school that competes in the Continental Athletic Conference. 

During his time at BC, he played in a total of 53 games, averaging 10.5 points per game, and shooting 79% from the free throw line.

Bakersfield College Athletics is excited to watch Eloy Medina continue to be an excellent student-athlete. "We're very proud of Eloy on such a great accomplishment to sign with Northern New Mexico College. Eloy has been a good example of what a student-athlete is during his two seasons at Bakersfield College. He has plenty of room to grow as a player and I look forward to watching him have success at the four-year level" head coach Aaron Chavez.
