BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College men's basketball program would like to announce the commitment of sophomore Ipreye Ege to Cal State East Bay located in East Bay, California. 

Egbe will continue his collegiate athletic career on the basketball team for the Pioneers under the direction of head coach Bryan Rooney, who has been the head coach for 10 seasons. Cal State East Bay is a Division II school that competes in the California Collegiate Association. 

Egbe currently has a 3.5 GPA since joining Bakersfield College. Egbe is the 71st Bakersfield College Renegade to matriculate to a Four-year University since Coach Chávez joined the Men's Basketball Program In 2005.
