The Renegades (14-3, 3-0) led LA Valley (6-9, 2-1) 46-40 at the half, and steadily improved in the second half to come out on top, 84-74 in Valley Glen Wednesday night. 

Lawrence Moore led the 'Gades in scoring with 22 points, but it was a team win across the board. 

Jameik Riviere, the California state assists leader with 8.5 per game, chipped in 12 assists and 17 points. 

NIck Velasquez was a sharpshooter, scoring 19 points on 70 percent shooting from the field, and was five of seven from beyond the three-point arc. 

The Renegades will host Glendale (6-9, 2-1) this Saturday at 5pm in the Gil Bishop Sports Center.
